Disabling purging

Disable purging in the Account Properties panel.

Procedure

1. In the Manage menu, select Runtime Management.

2. Select the runtime from the list on the left.

3. In Settings & Configuration, click Account Properties.

   The Account Properties panel opens.

4. On the Basic tab, in the Purge History After x Days field, type 0.

5. If Purge Data Immediately is on, turn it off.

6. Click Save.

Results

Disabling purging for a runtime does not prevent purging for executions on that runtime of processes for which the purging option is selected in the Process Options dialog.
